WHAT IS NATO FOR? PART 2: CYBER SECURITY AND ECONOMIC/SOCIAL THREATS

Will NATO have a special approach /policy for “new” security problems (cyber, energy, drug trafficking, illegal migration) and how would these policies be operationalized? Article V does need to be amended. What should fall to the EU and what to NATO?
